The firm practice focuses on medical malpractice, product liability, drug and medical device litigation, civil rights violations, aviation accidents, motor vehicle accidents, business litigation, propane and natural gas explosion litigation, and other cases involving death, brain damage or other serious injury, with special expertise in each of these areas of law. Its four senior attorneys are Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and are members of the American Board of Trial Advocates. Two are also Board Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and one is also Board Certified in Civil Appellate Law. The firm’s attorneys include a registered pharmacist, a registered nurse, an engineer, three instrument-rated pilots, and former adjunct professors of Trial Advocacy at the University of Texas School of Law.
